Hi, I’m Laëtitia, a fully qualified acupuncturist and massage therapist with a rich background of explorations into health and well-being. I discovered yoga whilst living in Thailand in 2011, and two years later I travelled to India to train as a yoga instructor at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. I came back to Thailand and worked at the prestigious Chiva-Som wellness resort, which inspired me to go and train in Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, and later Swedish and Deep Tissue massage after moving to London in 2017.

My deep interest for Eastern medicine led me to complete a three-year degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the International College of Oriental Medicine, the oldest institute of oriental sciences in the UK. I then completed a year long licentiate in Tui Na at the City College of Acupuncture to learn how to marry Chinese medicine principles with manual therapy. I also recently finished another year long training in Gynaecology, Fertility and Obstetrics at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in order to gain a deeper understanding and expand my ability in supporting women’s health at any stage of their lives.

I have the privilege of currently doing a mentorship course in Classical Chinese Medicine, also called Advanced Acupuncture, with Ann Cecil-Sterman, a senior student of Dr Jeffrey Yuen, a 88th generation Daoist master and lineage holder.

I am passionate about the mind-body-soul connection, and offer support for a wide range of concerns and conditions, including emotional well-being, musculoskeletal pain, sleep issues, digestives complaints or simply maintaining balance throughout the year and navigating seasonal changes.

I have moved out of London in 2025 to sunny Worthing and share my time between both places. In Worthing, I run a private practice in my home treatment studio, and also offer treatments at &Osteo in Brockley, south east London.
